Ophthalmic Medical Documenter

Actalent is currently hiring a skilled Ophthalmic Medical Documenter to join their team in the Houston, Texas area.
The ideal candidate will have experience documenting physician visits in an EMR system, scribing for multiple physicians, and performing hands-on tasks with medical instruments when requested.
Responsibilities include:
- Documenting physician visits in an EMR system
- Scribing for multiple physicians
- Performing hands-on tasks with medical instruments when requested
- Conducting work-ups after doctor visits with patients
- Communicating with patients about procedures and treatment options
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a life science
- At least 1 year of on-site scribing experience
- Ophthalmic experience preferred
- Bilingual, with Spanish language proficiency required
