Job Overview

Pediatric Home Service is a leading provider of home health care services for children with complex medical needs. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supporting Documentation Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain prior authorizations and statements of medical necessity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Process patient supply and service orders
  • Collaborate with referrals to create and streamline supporting documentation
  • Ensure accuracy of supporting documentation to meet compliance and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Durable medical equipment (DME) intake/admissions experience preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a strong customer service mentality
  • Experience with Brightree EHR a plus
  • Experience in obtaining title 19 with healthcare providers
