We are seeking a skilled Patient Advocate to join our team at Care New England Health System. As a Patient Advocate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and service for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist registered nurses in providing direct care to patients, focusing on activities of daily living.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment on the unit.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to meet patient needs.
- Bachelor's degree in a social science or comparable behavioral health experience.
- Experience working with mentally ill and/or developmentally delayed clients.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- C.N.A. certification preferred, with a 2% pay differential available for active license holders.
