Patient Advocate and Care Assistant

As a patient advocate and care assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. You will work closely with registered nurses to ensure the direct care of patients, focusing on activities of daily living. Your attention to detail and ability to create a safe and therapeutic environment will be essential in this role.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in a social science or comparable behavioral health experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. You will also need experience working with mentally ill and/or developmentally delayed clients. Excellent written and communication skills are a must. Additionally, a C.N.A. certification is preferred, with a 2% pay differential available to applicants who maintain an active C.N.A. license.
Schedule: 20/40 Part Time Days - Every Other Weekend
