Job Summary

As a Patient Advocate and Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to patients. You will work closely with registered nurses to ensure the highest level of care and service, focusing on patients' activities of daily living. Your attention to detail and ability to create a safe and therapeutic environment will be essential in this role.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a social science or comparable behavioral health experience
  • Experience working with mentally ill and/or developmentally delayed clients
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • C.N.A certification for external candidates, or completion of C.N.A certification within 6 months for internal MHW candidates
