Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead our clinical operations team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, continuity, and quality of clinical care, as well as the management of client services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the clinical services team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical measures of performance, including productivity standards, documentation completion standards, and patient care management.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve clinical performance and ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and financial requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of clinical services and support the overall mission of CommonSpirit Health.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing to practice in the state(s) is required.
  • At least three years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health programs.
  • Five years of management experience required, with a focus on clinical operations and leadership.
  • Certified in ICD-9 coding and OASIS, or willing to obtain both certifications within the first two years of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three years of home care and hospice clinical experience.
  • Two years of appropriate hospital clinical experience.
