We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Director to oversee social services and activities therapy at Maple Heights Behavioral Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health services and clinical experience with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic oversight and support to all clinical operations, ensuring effective and efficient departmental performance.
  • Monitor and analyze clinical and operational performance results, developing plans for improvement as needed.
  • Lead staff management, including hiring, development, training, performance management, and communication to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement behavioral health processes, procedures, and policies across programs, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and funding agency requirements.
  • Represent the company at community meetings and collaborate with other employees to foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Support patient safety and satisfaction, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in behavioral health services, with clinical experience with diverse populations (SMI, SED, DD, SUD).
  • Three or more years of supervision experience.
  • Full LCSW license and CPR/De-escalation/Restraint certification required.
