We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Director to oversee social services and activities therapy at Maple Heights Behavioral Health. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic oversight and support to all clinical operations in assigned areas.
- Monitor and analyze clinical services performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
- Lead and manage a team of staff, including hiring, development, training, performance management, and communication.
- Develop and implement behavioral health processes, procedures, and policies across programs.
- Participate in planning and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Represent the company at community meetings and events.
- Collaborate with other employees to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, funding agency requirements, and licensing board regulations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
- Master's degree in Social Work.
- At least five years of experience in behavioral health services, with clinical experience in various populations (SMI, SED, DD, SUD).
- Three or more years of supervision experience.
- Full LCSW license.
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification.
- First aid certification (if required by state or facility).
