Job Summary:

Recovery Unplugged, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to oversee the clinical operations of our Fort Lauderdale location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in addiction treatment and a proven track record of managing clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the clinical operations of the Fort Lauderdale location, including staff supervision, client care, and program development.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to provide high-quality care to clients and achieve program goals.
  • Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide coaching and training to improve clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote the organization's mission and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in addiction treatment and apply this knowledge to improve clinical operations and services.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in counseling, psychology, behavioral health, or equivalent field of study.
  • LMHC, LMSW, or LMFT licensure required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in addiction treatment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of addiction treatment modalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
