Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sales Professional to drive growth and revenue for our Small Business segment. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of sales experience in a SaaS or software industry
  • Demonstrated ability to source pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience selling technical products and solutions
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and close business
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically in diverse situations
  • Proven track record of success and high performance
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and sales navigator
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a sales methodology, ideally Command of the Message and MEDDIC
  • Experience with UX/UI design principles
  • Experience selling collaboration tools
