Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordination Specialist to join our team at Elite Branding. As an integral part of our events team, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of exceptional client experiences.

About the Role: In this position, you will assist with event logistics, coordinate vendor communications, and ensure seamless on-site event management. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Event Planning: Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute events from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate Event Logistics: Assist with venue selection, catering, and audio-visual arrangements to ensure a flawless experience.
  • Manage Event Communications: Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide top-notch customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accurate event execution and minimal errors.
