Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft System Administrator to provide expert support in our accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a PeopleSoft accounting super user, delivering advanced troubleshooting and support.
  • Oversee and implement accounting system projects, including the management of the closing calendar.
  • Prepare and evaluate financial reports, ensuring they are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Utilize Essbase for financial modeling and reporting tasks as required.
  • Create and maintain sophisticated Excel spreadsheets for in-depth financial analysis and reporting.
  • Develop comprehensive system documentation and assist users with PeopleSoft-related inquiries.
  • Address accounting-related questions and issues effectively.
  • Document existing procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage support tickets in accordance with established control procedures.
  • Streamline and automate recurring high-volume requests to improve productivity.
  • Cross-train in additional accounting systems to serve as a backup.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a PeopleSoft super user and system administrator.
  • Proven track record in managing accounting system projects.
  • Exceptional reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with Essbase is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Work Environment:

This role operates in a hybrid model, with specific in-office and remote workdays.
