Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a PeopleSoft accounting expert and system administrator, delivering advanced troubleshooting and support.
  • Lead and implement projects related to the accounting system, including calendar management and related initiatives.
  • Prepare and evaluate financial reports, ensuring precision and promptness.
  • Utilize Essbase for financial modeling and reporting as required.
  • Create and maintain sophisticated Excel spreadsheets for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Develop comprehensive system documentation and assist users with PeopleSoft-related inquiries.
  • Address accounting-related questions and issues efficiently.
  • Document existing procedures for clarity and consistency.
  • Manage support tickets in accordance with established control procedures.
  • Streamline and automate frequent high-volume requests.
  • Cross-train in additional accounting systems as a backup resource.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a PeopleSoft super user and system administrator.
  • Proven track record in managing accounting system projects.
  • Exceptional reporting capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with Essbase is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
