About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Swim Instructor. As a key member of our aquatic facility, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, teaching swim lessons, and ensuring the overall safety and well-being of our participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide warm welcomes, respond to inquiries, and assist with swim lesson bookings in a timely and professional manner.
  • Swim Instruction: Deliver engaging and effective swim lessons to participants of all ages and skill levels, using our established curriculum.
  • Facility Support: Assist with opening and closing procedures, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe and clean environment for all participants.
  • Safety First: Monitor and maintain a safe environment, ensuring all participants follow rules and guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other instructors to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ongoing Learning: Participate in quarterly in-service training to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements:

  • Must be 15 or older and have reliable transportation.
  • Ready to obtain CPR certification within 30 days.
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, and eager to learn.
  • Must be able to work weekdays in the evenings and have weekend availability.
