Clinical Support Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to provide high-quality clinical support and assistance to our healthcare providers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

**Responsibilities:**

* Obtain vital signs and general health information for patient charts and prepare patients for examination.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient health records, including pain assessment and current medication sheets.

* Ensure documentation is complete, concise, and correct.

* Prepare and maintain exam rooms and medical equipment for patient visits, adhering to safety checks and HIPAA guidelines.

* Contribute to the development of individualized plans of care, utilizing principles to reduce medication errors.

* Demonstrate initiative in suggesting and implementing problem-solving approaches and planning performance of services.

**Qualifications:**

* Graduate of an accredited program for Certified Medical Assistants or a certified Basic EMT Program.

* Prefer at least one year of clinical experience in family care practice.
