Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse in our 3B Surgical/Trauma IMCU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and compassionate environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients with complex trauma and surgical needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect total nursing care to assigned patients.
  • Supervise assigned personnel and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Interpret and apply hospital and department policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Virginia Department of Health Professions or Compact State Licensure in Nursing required.
  • BLS certification required.
