Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized plans of care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operating room workflow.
- Monitor and maintain aseptic technique and sterile fields to prevent infection and promote patient safety.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in surgical nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
