Job Title: Registered Nurse, 4SW Medical Surgical

At VHC Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our 4SW Medical Surgical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect total nursing care to assigned patients.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to assigned personnel.
  • Interpret and apply hospital and department policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Virginia Department of Health Professions or compact state licensure.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Specialty certifications may be required for designated units.
