Key Responsibilities- Oversee a diverse team of Leads, Managers, and Architects, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder relationship development to facilitate organizational change.
- Work in concert with the executive team to translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable business plans.
- Champion the transition of technical solutions from development through to production, adhering to established processes.
- Guide the team in Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) best practices aligning with Basys culture, ensuring adherence to best practices across platform environments.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to daily stand-ups, iteration planning, demos, retrospectives, and program increment planning.
- Engage closely with Business and Product Team Stakeholders to facilitate the requirements gathering process and the design of technical solutions, while providing status updates and resolving technical issues.
- Influence stakeholders and promote platform capabilities through prototyping, demonstrations, and educational initiatives.
- Assess and choose vendors for application management and integration, cultivate robust vendor partnerships, negotiate effectively, and oversee contract management and renewal processes.
This role demands a strategic thinker with a knack for leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to foster strong relationships both within the team and with external partners.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, or other related project management experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of Leadership experience within an IT organization.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in performing or managing the coordination of various delivery software models.
- Strong Communication Skills Required.
- Ability to lead, guide, motivate, and direct the work of others. Must be able to grow future Leaders.
- Experience in SaaS, No Code Low Code development with thorough knowledge of integrating disparate systems.
- Solid understanding of development processes and the full software development lifecycle although this will be on SaaS platforms; strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent process orientation, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the demonstrated ability to design effective business solutions.
- Experience generating and documenting requirements and/or user stories and documenting work/code with process workflows, architecture diagrams, and design documents.
- Knowledge of Bankcard industry and its procedures.
