GBA's Mobile LiDAR Department is seeking a skilled Mobile LiDAR Technician to join our team. As a key member of our survey crew, you will be responsible for collecting and processing high-accuracy geospatial data using advanced LiDAR technology.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing MicroStation and TopoDOT software to collect and process topographic survey data
  • Working closely with survey crew members and office staff to draft survey data and meet schedule deadlines
  • Manipulating Point Cloud data to extract survey features and create accurate ground surfaces
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements include:

  • Effective communication with internal staff to gather information needed for processing LiDAR data
  • Proficiency in MicroStation, Connect Edition and experience with TopoDOT
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment and lift 50lbs
  • Survey field experience a plus
