We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at SB Clinical Practice Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and reconciling invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of accounts payable transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Manage vendor relationships, including communication and resolution of payment issues
- Reconcile payments with vendor accounts receivable contacts, providing payment details and resolving outstanding balances
- Assist in monthly closings and annual audits, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial tasks
- Perform other accounting duties and special projects as assigned
- Associate's degree in business-related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make independent decisions and think critically
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software and experience in accounts payable a plus
