Position Summary:

  • Engage in a comprehensive 12-week internship program centered on Technical Sales
  • Enhance your expertise in business acumen, sales engineering, leadership, and effective communication
  • Acquire knowledge about commercial HVAC systems and building management technologies
  • Collaborate with diverse teams within Trane Technologies
  • Opportunity to transition into our Graduate Training Program post-graduation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Sales Account Managers and clients
  • Understand the design, application, and marketing of systems for commercial buildings
  • Participate in sales meetings, business events, and client interactions
  • Gain practical experience throughout the sales cycle
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients as a primary point of contact

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Engineering
  • Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to provide proof of insurance
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Willingness to work remotely or at various locations across North America
