Aerospace Lawyer

M.S. Aerospace Inc. is a leading manufacturer of high-quality specialty fasteners for aerospace, medical, and other high-performance applications.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Counsel to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate (J.D) degree, a California State Bar License, and 3-5 years of experience in employment law, wage and hour law, and contract review and negotiation.

The General Counsel will be responsible for providing legal guidance on employment law compliance, wage and hour law compliance, and contract review and negotiation.

The successful candidate will have excellent writing skills, be highly motivated, and have the ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.

Reporting relationships: Reports to President.

Working conditions: Office environment.
