Job Summary

M.S. Aerospace Inc. is a leading manufacturer of high-quality specialty fasteners for aerospace, medical, and other high-performance applications.

We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for visually inspecting parts for imperfections and rejecting unacceptable material and/or product according to specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and move 40 lbs. pans with hand trucks.

Reporting to a lead person or department supervisor, the Quality Inspector will work in a machine shop environment, sitting most of the time, with repetitive hand motions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visually inspect parts for imperfections and reject unacceptable material and/or product according to specifications
  • Move inspected parts to designated areas when required
  • Lift up to 25 lbs. and move 40 lbs. pans with hand trucks
  • Work in a machine shop environment, sitting most of the time, with repetitive hand motions

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills

Position Type:

Requires full work time only, 8 hours a shift, Monday to Friday, overtime expected depending on production needs.

Regular attendance is an essential job function.
