Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Underground Construction Supervisor to join our team at Ervin Cable. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Communicate effectively with employees, contractors, and customers to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • Associates degree in a related field or 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience
  • Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions. The successful candidate must be able to lift and manipulate heavy equipment, work at heights, and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
