**Job Summary**

AR Utilities & Excavation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of site utility projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules to meet project requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure that work is being performed in accordance with specifications and regulations.
  • Collaborate with city inspectors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and specifications.
  • Manage and maintain company vehicles and equipment.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in site utility construction and management.
  • Knowledge of SAWS, City of San Antonio Right of Way department, TXDOT, and City of San Antonio Fire Marshall Specifications and requirements.
  • Familiarity with underground water, sewer, and fire utilities.
  • Valid and clean driver's license.
