Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the optimal performance of our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks that contribute to our commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems.
  • Perform daily Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
  • Interpret and apply relevant technical codes and standards.
  • Install, maintain, and repair mechanical power transmission equipment, including gearboxes, drives, and conveyors.
  • Rebuild and troubleshoot centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
  • Maintain and repair pneumatic systems, including air compressors and handling units.
  • Manage hydraulic systems and perform necessary repairs.
  • Oversee the maintenance of extruders and other production machinery.
  • Utilize machine shop tools such as lathes and milling machines as needed.
  • Demonstrate welding skills, particularly MIG and TIG, as an added advantage.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings; familiarity with CAD is a plus.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of two years of hands-on experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
  • A two-year technical degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
