Job Description

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting, maintaining, testing, and repairing mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply knowledge of mechanical and electrical/electronic principles to determine equipment malfunctions and restore equipment to operation.
  • Provide skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas of manufacturing.
  • Install, start up, and shut down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
  • Advise operators on operation procedures and requirements for working safely with electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment and components.
  • Maintain company-required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance functions and communicate with the Maintenance Safety Supervisor to ensure that all production equipment is maintained and running.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical/electronic principles.
  • Experience with 3-phase, 480.
  • Understanding of local and national electrical codes.
  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance.

Work Environment:

Climate-controlled manufacturing facility.

Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday, with OT as needed.
