Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening.
  • Demonstrate vehicles, including test drives, to showcase their features and benefits.
  • Ensure all vehicles are washed and detailed to provide a positive customer experience.
  • Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date on incoming inventory, features, accessories, and how they benefit customers.
  • Maintain a prospect development system and an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.

What We Offer:

  • $2,500 per month training pay for 60 days.
  • $75,000 to $155,000 income potential.
  • Bonuses paid for goals met and perfect CSI.
  • Health coverage, paid vacation, and holidays.
  • 401(k) plan and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience in luxury vehicles preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Professional appearance, good communication skills, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
