About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying strategic staffing solutions designed to support our clients' business challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage directly with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  2. Exceed minimum activity metrics, including calls and visits, as outlined by your manager.
  3. Understand the differentiators and business value of each division within Eliassen Group to effectively cross-sell our services.

Requirements

  • Passionate about sales and the Recruiting/Consulting industry.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal communication, and internal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other divisions to effectively cross-sell our services.
  • Results-driven with a strong work ethic and a commitment to upholding Eliassen Group's professional standards and reputation.

What We Offer

A competitive base salary range of $55,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience level and past success. A competitive, tiered commission structure based on weekly spread is also provided.

Eligible employees are also offered a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days, 15+ days of vacation, bereavement leave, and 6-8 weeks paid maternity/disability leave and 2-4 weeks paid parental leave.
