About the Role

The Vice President, Skills Trade is a key leadership position at Randstad, responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence in the skilled trade segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the skilled trade segment.
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering business results and driving growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.
