As an integral part of the Sales Compensation division, the Head of Sales Compensation Strategy and Analysis is essential in designing compensation frameworks that contribute to organizational success. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Compensation, this role involves close collaboration with various internal teams to ensure that compensation strategies align with overarching business objectives and performance indicators. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Sales Compensation team in crafting impactful sales compensation frameworks.
  • Collaborating with internal partners to develop incentive structures that promote growth and align with business results.
  • Performing analytical assessments on sales compensation frameworks to gauge their effectiveness and associated costs.
  • Overseeing the creation and dissemination of plan documentation and training resources.
  • Facilitating issue resolution and policy formulation related to compensation matters.

The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS in a quantitative discipline, with 7-10 years of experience in sales incentive compensation, complemented by a robust analytical and project management skill set.
