Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategies Associate Director to join our Talent & Culture organization at KPMG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the compensation strategy, design, and payout process for the Business Development (Sales & Alliances) organization.

Key responsibilities include liaising with Business Development (Sales & Alliances) leaders to design sales plans that meet business needs, analyzing market compensation survey results, and advising client groups on competitive positions and market trends. You will also develop year-end compensation salary increase guidelines, analyze budget versus spend, and provide guidance and insights around performance development and compensation processes.

Additionally, you will work with Finance and Accounting to project variable compensation and determine variable compensation accruals for formulaic plans. Collaboration with HR Business Advisors and leaders in client groups is also essential to benchmark roles, advise on job description development, and make recommendations on job levels and competitive pay levels.

This role requires a strong analytical aptitude, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate insights drawn from data using data visualization and written conclusions. If you have a minimum of five years of recent, broad-based compensation experience, with a primary focus on sales compensation design, and a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
Lead the compensation strategy, design, and payout process for the Business Development (Sales & Alliances) organization

Analyze market compensation survey results and advise client groups on competitive positions and market trends

Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent, broad-based compensation experience, with a primary focus on sales compensation design
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Strong analytical aptitude and excellent project management skills
Ability to communicate insights drawn from data using data visualization and written conclusions
Microsoft Office applications proficiency, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to work with limited supervision and handle multiple priorities and produce work at volume
