Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Professional to join our team at ValorVIP. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a call center or customer-facing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide:
