Job Description

The Customer Service Intermediate Associate Analyst is an entry-level position with a regular schedule from 9am to 6pm. The primary goal is to ensure customer queries are answered efficiently, focusing on finding solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Collaborate with colleagues globally to resolve customer inquiries that require international support.
  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and in-person requests in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients, responding to their queries, investigating issues, and providing resolutions within departmental standards.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in-person, addressing their concerns and needs effectively.
  • Investigate and resolve payment-related inquiries and discrepancies, such as transactions, fees, and disputes.
  • Provide account information, balance statements, transaction history, and billing invoices to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-4 years of relevant cash management and financial services experience, preferably in customer service.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with banking systems (e.g., SWIFT) and knowledge of payment methods (e.g., ACH and wire transfer).

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,115-$86,365, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
