Ambulatory Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Ambulatory Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Nationwide Children's Hospital.
Job Summary:The Ambulatory Pediatric Nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children and families in our ambulatory clinics. This role will involve assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and conducting vital sign checks.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective care transitions.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Three years of pediatric clinical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
