Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Physical Medicine Clinic. As an Ambulatory RN, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care using a Family Centered approach
Assess individualized patient needs and plans, implements, educates and evaluates care using Evidence-Based Practices
Ensure clinic processes and workflows comply with regulatory and policy compliance such as infection control, OSHA, CLIA, Joint Commission, HIPAA, scope of practice, etc.
Work closely with providers and other team members to ensure a smooth clinic flow addressing patient/parent concerns and attaining positive patient and family outcomes
Documents according to organizational standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements

Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school is required, BSN highly preferred
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
Three years pediatric clinical experience or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred
