Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled pediatric nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a pediatric nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Requirements:

  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
