Executive Administrative Assistant

Join the Roman Catholic Bishop of Manchester team as an Executive Administrative Assistant, providing critical support to the Diocesan Directors of the Catholic Formation Secretariat.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate administrative tasks, including database management, budget preparation, and written correspondence.
- Assist with event planning, registration, and execution, including creating promotional materials and tracking expenses.
- Support the development and implementation of policies, forms, and communication.
- Provide financial duties, including deposits, credits, and record management.
- Collaborate with various teams, including the Pastoral Associates Core Group and the Catholic Scouting program.
- High school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in secretarial duties and event planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Access, Publisher, and database management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
- Maintain confidentiality and interact with clergy, religious, and laity in a knowledgeable and tactful manner.
The Executive Administrative Assistant will work in a general office environment with minimal exposure to office solvents. The position requires occasional travel throughout the diocese and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
