About the JobWe are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to drive our ambitious expansion by leading and scaling our team of Financial Advisors.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales management to shape the future of wealth management.
Your Key Responsibilities- Sales Excellence & Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales frameworks to enhance advisor effectiveness and drive client engagement success.
- Team Leadership & Strategy: Lead and inspire a team of financial advisors to exceed revenue targets while fostering a high-performance culture focused on client success.
- Talent Acquisition & Integration: Drive the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to successful onboarding, including designing structured programs to accelerate advisor success.
- Performance Optimization: Establish and track meaningful KPIs aligned with business objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement strategic improvement plans to drive consistent results.
- 7+ years of sales management experience in wealth management or financial services.
- Series 65 licenses required (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
