About the Company

Macdonald & Company is a distinguished partner with a prominent national real estate developer and investor, seeking to hire a Staff Accountant to join their dynamic team.

Company Overview

With a robust 35-year history in the Commercial Real Estate sector, this firm boasts an impressive asset under management (AUM) of over 2 million square feet. • Establish new property rent rolls using site maps, civil plans, and appraisals.
  • Set up and maintain all lease agreements and escalations based on relevant documents.
  • Monitor security deposits, tenant improvement allowances, and commissions for each tenant.
  • Collaborate with the Property Management team on tenant billings and collections.
  • Work closely with Property Management to oversee vendor payments and manage monthly property-level cash flows.
