Position Summary:
The Oracle Accountant serves as a vital member of our financial team, primarily tasked with managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries while generating essential financial reports.
This role is crucial for maintaining precise financial records, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and delivering specialized assistance to our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with senior accountants to facilitate the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Compiling and presenting weekly and monthly financial statements.
- Maintaining and updating financial data in databases to guarantee accuracy.
- Assisting in the evaluation of payroll documentation and expenditures, along with other assigned tasks.
- Aiding in the preparation of income statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents in accordance with legal and accounting standards.
- Conducting reconciliations, managing accounts payable and receivable, and generating invoices.
- Recording financial transactions to ensure accurate documentation of all business activities.
- Producing monthly financial reports that encompass profit and loss statements, cash flow analyses, and balance sheets.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree, with proficiency in Mandarin, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor.
- Familiarity with Oracle systems is advantageous, along with a willingness to learn.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in assisting with the preparation of financial reports and closing processes.
- Competence in reviewing payroll and expense records as needed.
- Ability to perform reconciliations and manage financial entries accurately.
