Job Summary

Under the supervision of a licensed clinical professional, this part-time position provides a range of clinical psychosocial services for adult and/or child members in a primary or specialty care setting. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat members with mental health and addiction issues.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Confer with supervisors and care team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide short-term counseling, education, and advocacy services to members and their families.
  • Collaborate with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and social service agencies to support member needs.
  • Participate in departmental program development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of member treatment and progress.
Basic Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Social Work, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Marriage and Family Therapist Associate License (Washington) or equivalent.
Additional Requirements
  • Prior completion of a practicum or internship in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social service agencies, state regulations, and professional board standards.
  • Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
