Mental Health Collaborative Care Clinician

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Collaborative Care Clinician to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality clinical services to adult and child members in a primary or specialty care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a wide range of clinical psychosocial services, including evaluation, counseling, education, advocacy, and resource brokering.
- Assess and diagnose mental health and addiction conditions, and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with treating primary or specialty care providers, and with psychiatric, addiction medicine, and allied health professional team members to plan and direct each individual patient's treatment program.
- Provide support and consultation to care teams, primary or specialty care providers, and health educators on matters relating to mental health, addiction, health psychology, and behavioral medicine.
- Masters degree in Social Work, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field required.
- Marriage and Family Therapist Associate License (Washington) OR Mental Health Counselor Associate License (Washington) OR Licensed Social Worker Associate-Independent Clinical (Washington) required.
- Prior completion of a practicum or internship in a clinical setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social service agencies, state regulations, and professional board standards as related to member treatment, patient rights, and member/patient confidentiality.
- Previous clinical responsibility to include crisis intervention.
- Experience working in a medical setting with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience working with electronic health records.
