- Master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification in the state of Washington.
- At least one year of experience in social work, preferably in a mental health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
