Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Automation Engineer to join our team. As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for leading projects, handling customer communication, scheduling, cost tracking, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, costs, and resources to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement control systems integration solutions for industrial processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Controls Engineer or 10+ years of process control work experience without a formal engineering degree.
  • Expertise in industrial plant controls integration, upgrades, and commissioning.
  • Proficiency in DCS/SCADA/PLC process control programming with platforms like PCS7, Allen Bradley, Rockwell, and others.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of industrial communication networks and protocols like PROFIBUS, Modbus RTU-TCP/IP, PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, etc.
  • Familiarity with standard process control documentation such as P&IDs, Cause&Effects, IO Lists, and schematics.
  • Hands-on experience with field instrumentation and signals.
  • Expertise in using VMWare, virtual machines, and strong PC skills with Microsoft Office.
  • Designing control panels, creating layouts, schematics, and BOMs using software like AutoCAD or ePlan.
  • Cyber Security Training and relevant certifications.
