Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Blueprint Automation. As a key member of our project execution team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative packaging automation solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing complex projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating the project team, developing and managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

As a Project Manager at Blueprint Automation, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from small-scale machinery installations to large-scale manufacturing solutions. You will be working closely with our engineering and procurement teams to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards.

We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate project teams and ensure effective communication
  • Manage project risks and develop contingency plans
  • Negotiate contracts and change orders with clients and suppliers
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Manage project documentation and ensure that all deliverables are met

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • PMP certification (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably with machinery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop Gantt chart schedules and manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 DOE, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 4 weeks of PTO, and a 401(k) plan with a 6% match.
