Job Summary

As a Premium Auditor with Davies Risk Services, you will meet with clients to conduct reviews of their business operations, financial records, and class codes. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, submitting audit reports, and communicating with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face discussions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Conducting Audits: Individually schedule appointments with clients to conduct premium audits and obtain necessary information.
  • Reporting and Communication: Submit audit reports via web-portal and AFIRM's exclusive premium auditing software, and communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face discussions.
  • Financial Analysis: Examine commercial businesses' payroll and tax records, and evaluate operational practices.
  • Customer Service: Adhere to customer requirements and quality standards, and maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
Requirements
  • Location: Must live in the geographic area advertised.
  • Experience: Accounting or bookkeeping experience is required.
  • Skills: Strong customer service and people skills, numbers-oriented, knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, strong analytical skills, and ability to use deductive reasoning to find solutions.
