Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Head of Growth Marketing Strategy to become a pivotal part of our Outdoor Performance division, which encompasses renowned brands such as Bushnell, Blackhawk, Camp Chef, Primos, Simms Fishing, Stone Glacier, and various outdoor accessory labels. Our strategic focus is to prioritize consumer engagement, leverage our leading brands, and invest in internal capabilities. The aim is to enhance the Outdoor Performance business by fostering a strong connection with our consumers.
This role is integral to our Direct-to-Consumer leadership team, dedicated to propelling growth through exceptional consumer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate traffic through both paid and organic marketing channels.
- Enhance customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
- Attract new clientele through innovative marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with brand marketing to oversee comprehensive funnel tactics aimed at boosting conversion rates.
- Lead and implement effective growth marketing strategies that guarantee profitable digital marketing investments in both the short and long term.
- Design and execute top-tier customer retention and acquisition marketing plans.
- Ensure that the customer journey from advertisement to conversion aligns with brand standards and meets performance marketing goals.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, uncover new opportunities, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Travel to the office as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in developing profitable online advertising initiatives.
- At least five years of experience in marketing project management.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in building and guiding a high-performing team.
- Strategic thinker with experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics Studio, and SEM platforms.
- Outstanding creative, organizational, and communication skills.
Compensation
The compensation for this role ranges from $124,000 to $196,800. The actual salary offered will depend on various factors, including experience, geographic location, education, and individual skills.
