Job Summary:
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Business Operations Assistant to support our client in Sunnyvale, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling, email management, and phone coverage.
Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order materials as needed.
Ensure the office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Travel Coordination:
Arrange domestic hotel bookings or apartment rentals as needed.
Coordinate local transportation and car rental services.
Assist with maintenance, distribution, and user records for corporate cars.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
Previous travel arrangement experience is highly preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $24-$30 per hour.
